Ingredients:
- 2 tbsps oil
- 1tbsp garllic, minced
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 650g chicken, cut-up
- 1-1/4 cups rice wash
- 1pc dried laurel
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1/3 cup potato, chunks
- 1/3 cup carrots, chunks
- 1/3 cup hotdogs, sliced
- 1/4 cup bell pepper, sliced
- 1 tbsps all-seasoning powder
- black pepper, to taste
Procedure:
- Heat oil in a casserole. Saute garlic & onion until limp.
- Add chicken & saute until slightly browned
- Add rice wash & dried laurel. Simmer until chicken is tender, about 8-10mins
- Add tomato sauce, potato, carrots & bell pepper. Simmer until vegetables are cooked. Put hotdog and mix well.
- Sprinkle all seasoning powder and black pepper to taste.
- Serve with steamed rice or crusty bread

Ingredients:
- 1.25 lbs lean ground turkey
- a quarter cup of chopped spring onions
- 1/8 cup pickled jalapeno peppers or finger chilis
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- a tso of Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp fine salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 6 toasted buns
- favorite condiments
Procedure:
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Divide equally and make into 6 patties.
- Grill over medium heat on each side, about 5-6 minutes or until inside is no longer pink.
- Serve between toasted buns. Add your favorite condiments.

Ingredients:
>1/2 kilo chicken, cut-up
>3 tbsps cooking oil
>6 cloves garlic, finely minced
>1 pc re onion, chopped
>1/2 cup white vinegar
>2 tsps rock salt
>1 tsp whole peppercorns
>1 cup coconut cream (kakang-gata)
>2 pcs finger chilis
>1 pc hot chii pepper, cut into two
Procedure:
1. Heat oil in a medium pan, Saute garlic & onion until limp. Add chicken pieces. Put salt and peppercorns. Cook chicken until no longer pinkish in color.
2. Pour in the vinegar. Do not stir until it boils. Continue cooking in moderate heat until liquid has reduced to half.
3. Add in the coconut cream and chilis. Simmer in low heat until sauce slightly thickens. Adjust taste, if necessary.
5. Serve with steamed rice.

Ingredients:
>1.2 kilo whole chicken, cleaned & well-drained
>1 stalk lemongrass
>2 packs (115g each) pineapple tidbits, drained & reserved syrup
>1 pc onion, quartered
>2 tsps fine salt
>1 tsp black pepper
>50g. ginger, slliced
Procedure:
1. Stuff chicken with lemongrass, onion & pineapple tidbits. Seal opening with a toothpicks.
2. Rub chicken with salt and pepper, then add pineapple syrup. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
3. In a steamer with 3 cups of water, add ginger and marinade from chicken. Steam chicken for an hour. Drain and allow to cool or refrigerate until ready to fry.
4. Heat oil in a casserole. Deep-fry chicken until golden brown. Remove toothpicks.
5. Serve at once.

Ingredients:
>1 pack mushroom gravy powder
>a cup of water
>1 tbsp soy sauce
>1/4 tsp sesame oil
>a dash of ginger powder
>2 dashes of garlic powder
>1 dash of cayenne pepper
>250g. sirloin, thinly sliced
>2 tbsps oil
>1/4 cup cashew nut
>1/2 cup broccoli, blanched
Procedure:
1. Combine first-seven ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Set aside.
2. In a pan, over high heat, brown sirloin in oil. Add cashew nuts. Cook for 2 minutes.
3. Add gravy mixture. Bring to boil. Then, simmer for a minute or until sauce thickens. Top with blanched broccoli.
4. Serve with steamed rice.

Ingredients:
>1 kilo pork chops or pork ribs
>1 cup mango juice
>1/2 cup pineapple-orange juice
>1/2 cup bottled cherries, chopped with reserved syrup
>1/4 cup kalamansi juice
>1 tbsp all-in-one seasoning
>1/4 cup chili sauce
>3 pcs bird's eye chili pepper
For cherry-glaze:
>15 pcs cherries
>1 cup pineapple-orange juice
>1/4 cup cherries reserved syrup
>2 tsps coarse salt
Procedure:
1.In a large bowl, combine cherries with all the fruit juices.
2. Season with all-one-seasoning, sugar, chili sauce and chili pepper. Mix. Add pork. Marinate for at least an hour.
3. Grill pork for 10 minutes on each side.
4 To make the cherry-glaze, combine all ingredients in a sauce pan. Simmer until thick. Pour over pork just before serving or use as dip.

Ingredients:
>1 kilo boneless chicken, cut into thin strips
>1/2 cup banana catsup
>1/4 cup kalamansi juice
>1 tbsp of all-in-one seasoning
>1/2 light brown sugar
For basting sauce marinade:
>1/4 cup olive oil
>1/4 cup chili sauce
>1 tsp coarse salt
Procedure:
1. In a bowl, combine the next-four ingredients. Mix. Add chicken strips. Blend well until incorporated. Cover with cling wrap. Stand for at least 30 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, combine the ingredients for the basting marinade. Mix. Set aside.
3. Heat up the grill.
4. Back to the chicken strips, skewer it.
5. Grill skewered chicken, when almost done, baste both sides.
6. Serve with steamed rice and garlic-vinegar dip.

How to:
1. Place 1 kilo pork liempo, 1/2 cup soy sauce, 1/2 cup vinegar, 1 head crushed garlic, 1/2 tbsp black pepper, 1/4 cup water and a bay leaf in a thick bottom pan.
2. Boil the mixture in medium heat until sauce is reduced in half or until meat is tender.
3. Remove pork from the sauce. fry in a different pan with a little oil. Strain oil. Set aside.
4. Back to the sauce, add 2 tbsps of sugar. Simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
5. Pour in first extract of 2 medium young coconuts using a coconut presser. Bring to boil. Keep cooking tntil sauce thckens and coconut cream is cooked. Bring back the pork and simmer for a minute.
6. Serve with steamed rice.

How to:
1. In a skillet, heat a tbsp of olive oil. Add 120g. Italian sausage and cook until crumbled and golden, about 5 minutes. Add a cup of spinach leaves and cook until wilted. Turn off the heat. Then add 4oz of cream cheese. 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup evaporated milk, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper. Stir until well-combined. Set aside.
2. Spoon topping into pita pocket made of Pita bread cut in half. Place the pizza pockets onto parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with some more Parmesan cheese. Bake until golden.
3. In a sauce pan, heat the bottled italian pizza sauce or bottled marinara sauce over low heat.
4. Serve pizza pockets with the heated sauce.

Ingredients:
>2 pcs striploin (1 to 1-1/4" thick)
>olive oil
>salt and pepper, to taste
For the Chimichurri Sauce:
>1/2 cup packed mint leaves
>1 clove garlic, finely minced
>1/4 cup olive oil
>1/4 tsp fine salt
>1/2 pc lime, juiced
Procedure:
1. Rub both sides of the steak with some olive oil and sprinkle a large pinch of salt and black pepper on both sides.
2. For the sauce: Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree.
3. To cook the steak on the stove, heat a stainless steel or cast iron pan just big enough to hold your steaks over medium heat for about 10 minuts or until very hot.
4. Serve hot with the chimichuuri sauce.

Ingredients:
>600 grams sirloin steak, sliced very thinly
>onion powder
>salt and pepper
>1/2 cup butter
>4 eggs
>4 hash browns
>4 pancakes or waffles (optional)
>grilled sliced carrot and zucchinni
Procedure:
1. Season beef with onion powder, salt and pepper.
2. In non stick pan, heat the butter then cook beef a minute on each side. Set aside.
3. Fry the eggs sunny side up or scrambled. Fry the hash browns.
4. To serve: Arrange beef on one side of the plate. Put the grilled vegetables beside the beef. Add the hash brown on the other side. Top with egg. If you want serve this with pancake or waffle.

Ingredients:
>6 pcs thinly sliced porkchops
>a cup of flour
>2 eggs beaten
>3 cups cornflakes, crushed
>1/4 tsp fine salt
>black pepper powder
>oil for deep frying
For the creamy cheese sauce:
>1/4 butter
>1 tbsp flour
>1 tsp granulated garlic
>1 brick heavy cream
>a cup of sour cream
>1/2 pc chicken cube
>1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
>a tbsp minced parsley
Procedure:
1. Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Dredge in flour. Dip in beaten eggs. Roll in
crushed cornflakes. Place on a tray and freeze for 15 minutes or so.
2. Deep fry pork chops in hot oil. Drain in paper towels. Set aside.
3. In a sauce pan, melt butter. Saute flour and granulated garlic until aromatic. Pour in
the heavy cream and sour cream. Whisk to blend well.
4. Add in the cube and cheese. Cook until blended.
5. Arrange pork chops on a serving platter. Top with the creamy cheese sauce. Sprinkle
parsley.
6. Serve with buttered vegetables, mashed potato or plain rice.

Ingredients:
>a head of garlic. finely crushed
>a tsp of pepper powder
>a tbsp of rock salt
>1/4 cup each of soy sauce and brown sugar
>1 can clear soda, Sprite or 7-up
>1 pork cube, crumbled
>1/3 calamansi juice
>1 bottle pineapple jam
>1.5 kg baby back ribs
Procedure:
1. In a bowl, the first-eight ingredients. Mix well. Rub all over the pork. Place in a baking or roasting pan. Cover with cling wrap. Refrigerate overnight or at least 6 hours.
2. Thaw pork for 15 minutes. Preheat oven at 400°F. Remove cling wrap. Cover with aluminum foil, making sure to seal it well. Roast for an hour or until pork is tender.
3. Remove the foil and continue cooking just until the meat is nicely browned.

Ingredients:
>1/2 kilo chicken thigh, flattened
>1/4 cup oyster sauce
>1/8 cup sesame oil
>1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
>2 tsps salt
>1/8 cup cooking oil
for the bean sprouts:
>2 tbsps veggie oil
>500 grams bean sprouts, rinsed && cleaned
>1/4 cup oyster sauce
>1/4 cup water
Procedure:
1. Marinate the chicken in a mixture of oyster sauce, sesame oil, sweet chili sauce and salt for 30 minutes.
2. Heat cooking oil in a skillet and stir-fry the chicken until completely cooked. Set aside.
3. For the bean sprouts: Heat oil and saute bean sprouts for a minute. Season with oyster sauce and salt. Add water and bring to quick boil. Serve with chicken.

Ingredients:
>3 tbsps soy sauce
>a tbsp of minced garlic
>4 tbsps banana catsup
>1/8 cup peanut butter
>1/4 tsp pepper powder
>a kilo of pork spareribs, rinsed & drained
for the salad:
>1/4 cup lemon juice
>2 tbsps extra virgin oil
>salt and pepper, to taste
>300 grams fresh button mushrooms, quartered
>a tbsp finely chopped parsley
Procedure;
1. In a bowl, combine the first-five ingredients, mix well. Rub unto pork. Let stand at room temperature for an hour. Then, chill for another hour inside the refrigerator.
2. Preheat turbo broiler for 350°F. Put pork on the rack and cook for about 30 minutes or until done.
3. Meanwhile, make the salad. Combine lemon juice and oil in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well. Toss in the fresh button mushrooms. Set aside for 15 minutes at room temperature. Then, chill. Just before serving, sprinkle with parsley.
4. Chopped the cooked spareribs. Then, serve with chilled salad and freshly steamed rice.

Ingredients:
>2 tbsps veggie oil
>3 cloves of finely minced garlic
>1 medium chopped red onion
>1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
>salt and pepper, to taste
>7 cups of rice wash or water
>a cup of tomato sauce
>2 pcs sweet corn, cut into three parts
>a tbsp of kinchay or Chinese celery
>1/2 tsp of cumin
>4 potatoes, peeled & quartered
Procedure:
1. In a sauce pan, heat oil and saute garlic, onion and bell pepper. Add pork and cook until lightly browned. Add some salt and pepper.
2. Pour in water and tomato sauce. Add corn, kinchay and cumin. Simmer until pork is tender. Add potatoes and continue cooking until soft.
3. Serve hot accompanied with grilled cheese and chocolate fondue.

Ingredients:
>1/2 kilo ground pork, ground twice
>1/2 cup grated singkamas
>1 tbsp spring onion
>1/2 tsp salt
>1 pc raw egg
>2 tbsps soy sauce
>2tbsps cornstarch
>1 tsp sugar
>30-40 pcs siomai wrapper
Procedure:
1. Mix all ingredients together. Wrap by spoonfuls in wrappers.
2. Brush steamer platw with oil. Arrange the pieces at least 1" apart, so that they will not stick together when cooked.
3. Boil water in steamer before placing the steamer plate. Steam for 30-45 minutes.
4. Serve with chili-garlic, soy sauce and calamansi

Ingredients:
>2-1/2 kilo pig's head
>1/2 kilo chicken liver
>1 cup kalamansi juice
>1/2 tsp pepper
>1 tbsp salt
>1 tsp msg (optional)
>2 pcs large onion, grilled
>5 pcs red chili, finely sliced
>1/4 tsp margarine
Procedure:
1. Slice the pig's head into desired cut. Grill over live coals until meat is cooked, according to desired doneness.
2. Grill chicken liver on top of an aluminum foil placed over live coals.
3. Sliced thinly and set aside.
4. In a bowl, combine grilled meat. chicken liver, salt, msg, chili, pepper, calamansi juice and onions. Mix well using your bare hands to incorporate flavors well. Set aside.
5. Place sizzling plate greased with margarine on a burner with low fire. Transfer the mixture and cook for 15 seconds, stirring constantly.
6. Serve hot with calamansi, soy sauce and hot chili pepper.

Ingredients:
>2 tbsps oil
>1 pc medium onion, sliced
>1 pc red bell pepper, diced
>1 cup potato, peeled & shredded
>1 260g-can corned beef
>4 pcs eggs
>1/2 cup evaporated milk
>1/2 cup grated cheese
>1 tsp salt
>1/4 tsp pepper
Procedure:
1. Heat oil in pan. Saute onion, bell pepper, potato and corned beef. Cook potato until half done.
2. Meanwhile, beat eggs, milk and grated cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Pour egg mixture into pan. cook for about 5 mins or until set, in medium heat.
4. Flip the frittata and cook for another 5 minutes.
5. Slide onto a serving dish. Cut into 6 wedges. Serve warm.

Ingredients:
>1 pc pata, cut as desired
>10 cloves garlic, crushed
>10 pcs whole peppercorns
>1/2 cup white vinegar
>1/2 cup water
>3 tbsps soy sauce
>1/4 cup brown sugar
>3 pbs saba bananas, cut diagonally into 4 pcs & fried
>50 grams dried banana blossoms
Procedure:
1. Combine the first-six ingredients in a pot. Bring to a boil and simmer over low fire until meat is tender.
2. Add dried banana blossoms, then add brown sugar.
3. Remove from heat when liquid thickens.
4. Add fried bananas last, then allow to cook for 2 more minutes.
5. Serve with cooked rice.
