Naami's Sarciadong Tilapia

Ingredients:
  • 1/8 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 1 cup water or rice wash
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 pack all seasoning granules flavored tomato
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1kg (3pcs) fried fish tilapia
  • a handful of chopped spring onion
  • pepper to taste

Procedure:
  1. Heat oil in a pan. Saute onion and garlic until very aromatic. Add water. Simmer for a few minutes.
  2. Add beaten eggs slowly and stir well.
  3. Add sugar & seasoning granules flavored tomato. Put fried fish.
  4. Season w/ pepper. Sprinkle chopped spring onions.
  5. Serve hot and with steamed rice.

Sizzling Breakfast Steak with Egg and Grilled Vegetables

Ingredients:
>600 grams sirloin steak, sliced very thinly
>onion powder
>salt and pepper
>1/2 cup butter
>4 eggs
>4 hash browns
>4 pancakes or waffles (optional)
>grilled sliced carrot and zucchinni


Procedure:

1. Season beef with onion powder, salt and pepper.

2. In non stick pan, heat the butter then cook beef a minute on each side. Set aside.

3. Fry the eggs sunny side up or scrambled. Fry the hash browns.

4. To serve: Arrange beef on one side of the plate. Put the grilled vegetables beside the beef. Add the hash brown on the other side. Top with egg. If you want serve this with pancake or waffle.

Corned Beef Frittata

Ingredients:
>2 tbsps oil
>1 pc medium onion, sliced
>1 pc red bell pepper, diced
>1 cup potato, peeled & shredded
>1 260g-can corned beef
>4 pcs eggs
>1/2 cup evaporated milk
>1/2 cup grated cheese
>1 tsp salt
>1/4 tsp pepper


Procedure:
1. Heat oil in pan. Saute onion, bell pepper, potato and corned beef. Cook potato until half done.

2. Meanwhile, beat eggs, milk and grated cheese. Season with salt and pepper.

3. Pour egg mixture into pan. cook for about 5 mins or until set, in medium heat.

4. Flip the frittata and cook for another 5 minutes.

5. Slide onto a serving dish. Cut into 6 wedges. Serve warm.

Katsudon Style Luncheon Meat

Ingredients:
>1 can luncheon meat, divided into 6
>a cup of all purpose flour
>2 eggs, beaten
>2 cups panko
>oil for frying
>6 cups of hot steamed rice
>6 pcs petite eggs
>white onion rings
>carrot, julienne
>chopped leek or spring onion

for the sauce:
>3 tbsps Kikkoman soy sauce
>1/4 cup light brown sugar
>salt and pepper, to taste
>1/2 pc of beef cube
>2 cups water


Procedure:
1. Dredge luncheon meat slices in flour. Dip in beaten eggs and coat with breadcrumbs.

2. Fry in hot oil until crisp and golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Set aside.

3. In a saucepan, put all ingredients for the sauce. Bring to boil and simmer for 2 minutes.

4. Meanwhile, scoop hot steamed rice over individual deep bowl. Break an egg. Ladle with 1/4 cup sauce, it should be very hot. To seal and cook the egg. Then, top with veggies and fried luncheon meat.

5. Serve immediately.

Egg and Sausage Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients:
  • 2 lbs. roll sausage
  • 1 loaf Pepperidge Farm bread (cut off crust & cube)
  • 3/4 lb. sharp cheddar cheese (orange), shredded
Procedure

Brown sausage and drain. Place on bottom of 9"x13" casserole dish. Place bread on top of sausage and put shredded cheese on top of bread. Mix with beater in large bowl:
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 c. half and half

Pour liquid mixture over ingredients in casserole, cover and keep in refrigerator overnight. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes in 325 to 350 degree oven. Cut into squares, serve hot.

Liver Spread Omelet

Ingredients:
  • 3 pcs eggs
  • fine salt & white pepper
  • 1 can liver spread
  • 2 tbsps of light olive oil
Procedure:
  1. Heat pan.
  2. In a bowl. Mash the liver spread. Break the eggs. Add the salt and pepper. Beat until well blended.
  3. Back to the pan. Add half of olive oil. Pour half of the mixture. Lightly cook both sides. Do the same to the other half of mixture.
  4. Serve with bread.
