Ingredients:
- 4 pcs ciabatta (flat), halved crosswise
- 1 small bottle hazelnut spread
- 4 ripe bananas (lakatan), sliced into rings
Procedure:
- Spread w/hazelnut spread on the halved bread. Top with sliced bananas. Spread again w/hazel nut spread on the other half of bread.
- Place in a panini griller or toaster oven. Heat it until light brown on top.
- Serve immediately.

Ingredients:
- 1.25 lbs lean ground turkey
- a quarter cup of chopped spring onions
- 1/8 cup pickled jalapeno peppers or finger chilis
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- a tso of Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp fine salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 6 toasted buns
- favorite condiments
Procedure:
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Divide equally and make into 6 patties.
- Grill over medium heat on each side, about 5-6 minutes or until inside is no longer pink.
- Serve between toasted buns. Add your favorite condiments.

Ingredients:
>1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
>1 tbsp all purpose cream
>1 can (439g.) fruit cocotail, drained
>3 packs (137g each) chocolate cream filled cookies, reserve filling
>3 tbsps rainbow sprinkles
Procedure:
1. Mix cream cheese to soften, then add all purpose cream and cookie filling. Mix well.
2. Gently fold in fruit cocktail to the mixture. Chill for 30 minutes.
3. Top each cookie with a tablespoon of mixture. Cover with another cookie to make a sandwich.
4. Dredge cookie sides in rainbow sprinkles.
5. Arrange accordingly in a tray. Put inside the chiller for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Ingredients:
>1-200g tub cream cheese
>1-12oz can anchovy fillets
>1 tsp minced garlic
>4 green olives, finely chopped
>black pepper, to taste
>juice half of a lemon
Procedure:
1. In a bowl, combine the first-four ingredients until well-blended.
2. Season with black pepper then add lemon juice. Mix well.

How to:
1. In a skillet, heat a tbsp of olive oil. Add 120g. Italian sausage and cook until crumbled and golden, about 5 minutes. Add a cup of spinach leaves and cook until wilted. Turn off the heat. Then add 4oz of cream cheese. 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup evaporated milk, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper. Stir until well-combined. Set aside.
2. Spoon topping into pita pocket made of Pita bread cut in half. Place the pizza pockets onto parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with some more Parmesan cheese. Bake until golden.
3. In a sauce pan, heat the bottled italian pizza sauce or bottled marinara sauce over low heat.
4. Serve pizza pockets with the heated sauce.

Ingredients:
>1 pack (500g) pancake or hotcake mix
>eggs
>water
>oil or melted butter
>butter, for spreading
>ham slices
>cheese slices
Procedure:
1. Prepare the hotcake mic according to package directions.
2. Pour into a preheated waffle maker & cook until golden brown.
3. To assemble: spread some butter over half of the waffle. Put a slice of ham and cheese. Top with another waffle. Do the same to the rest.
4. Serve with maple syrup or jam.

Ingredients:
>1 pack (125g) mushroom gravy, prepared according to package directions.
>some oil
>250 grams beef, suki-yaki cut
>onion rings
>toasted crusty bread
Procedure:
1. In a hot pan, add oil. Saute beef for about 5 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. Add in the onion rings, saute for about 5 seconds. Put the mushroom gravy. Simmer for 2-3 minutes or until sauce thickens.
2. Use mixture filling to toasted crusty bread.
3. Serve immediately.

Ingredients:
>1 pc egg
>1/4 cup milk
>dash of vanilla extract
>a pinch of nutmeg
>1 tbsp butter or margarine
>2 pcs bread
Procedure:
Crack the egg into a medium-sized bowl and beat well. Then, mix in the milk, vanilla extract and nutmeg.
Put the butter in a frying pan. Heat the pan on the stovetop on medium heat. It's hot enough when the margarine starts to bubble.
Dunk each piece of bread in the egg mixture. Make sure the bread is totally coated but not soaked.
Cook the bread in the frying pan on low heat until the underside is light brown, that is about 4-5 minutes.
Use a spatula to flip the bread over. Cook the other side. Put a platter. Serve at once.

ingredients:
>a tbsp of cooking oil
>1 pc small onion, sliced
>1 can (175g) long shreds cornedbeef
>1/2 pc green bell pepper, sliced
>1/4 cup cream cheese
>1/4 cup sandwich spread
>4 loaves of French bread
Procedure:
Heat oil in pan, saute onion. Add in corned beef and bell pepper. Remove from heat.
Add cream cheese and sandwich spread. Mix until creamy
Toast bread, then, fill with corned beef. Serve immediately.

Ingredients:
>1/2 kilo ground chicken
>1/2 cup breadcrumbs
>1 can (234g) crushed pineapple, drained
>3/4 tsp iodized salt
>1/2 tsp black pepper powder
>1 medium white onion, finely chopped
>2 stalks spring onion, finely chopped
>oil for frying
Procedure;
Combine all the ingredients except oil in a bowl. Mix thoroughly. Form every 1/3 cup into a patty.
Grill or pan-fry in oil until cooked. Serve burgers with buns.

Ingredients:
>1/2 kilo chicken breast or thigh filet
>1/2 cup tomato ketchup
>a tbsp of brown sugar
>1/4 cup liquid seasoning (barbeque flavor)
>2 tbsps cooking oil
>baguette or crackers
Procedure:
Combine all ingredients except the last two. Let stand for 10-15 minutes to marinate.
Stir-fry in hot oil until chicken is cooked, about 8-10 minutes.
Place on sliced baguette or cracker. Serve.

Ingredients:
- 1 lb. bacon, cooked & crumbled
- 1 dozen extra lg. eggs
- 2 c. Pepperidge Farm seasoned croutons
- 3 1/2 c. milk (skim is okay)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 6 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
Procedure
Butter a 10"x14" pan layer croutons first, cheese next. Mix eggs with milk and spices and pour over top. Add crumbled bacon. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Done when knife comes out clean. Can mix night before and let set for next day.

Ingredients:
- 2 lg. cans pineapple tidbits, drained
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. flour (sifted with sugar)
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 pkg. Ritz crackers
Procedure
Mix with pineapple in casserole dish. Melt butter. Mix with Ritz crackers. Spread on top of pineapple mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
