Carabeef (Carabao Meat) Picadillo

Ingredients:
- ½ kg ground carabeef
- 3 potatoes
- 2 pepper (red and green) sliced
- 2 tbsp shortening
- 1 pc onion
- salt to taste
- garlic
- vetsin
- ½ cup water
- Saute the garlic until brown and the onion and potatoes.
- Fry potatoes until brown, then add the meat.
- Boil for 30 minutes.
- When the meat is tender, add the pepper. Add salt and vetsin. Serve hot.
