Carabeef (Carabao Meat) Picadillo

Ingredients:

  • ½ kg ground carabeef
  • 3 potatoes
  • 2 pepper (red and green) sliced
  • 2 tbsp shortening
  • 1 pc onion
  • salt to taste
  • garlic
  • vetsin
  • ½ cup water
Procedure:

  1. Saute the garlic until brown and the onion and potatoes.
  2. Fry potatoes until brown, then add the meat.
  3. Boil for 30 minutes.
  4. When the meat is tender, add the pepper. Add salt and vetsin. Serve hot.
