Carabeef (Carabao Meat) Meat Balls Stroganoff

Ingredients:
- ½ kg ground carabeef
- ¼ cup finely chopped onion
- 1 tsp salt
- dash of pepper
- 2 tsp oil
- ¼ tsp celery seed
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1/3 kraft miracle whip salad dressing
- 1 (3 oz.) can mushroom drained and sliced
- hot cooked rice
Procedure:
- Combine meat, onion, salt and pepper. Shape into balls.
- Brown in hot oil.
- Mix evaporated milk, salad dressing, mushroom and celery seed until well blended. add to carabeef balls and heat for 12 to 20 minutes. Serve with rice or noodles.
