Breaded Carabeef (Carabao Meat)

Ingredients:
- 1 kg carabeef
- ½ cup bread crumbs
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 pcs eggs
- salt and pepper to taste
- ¼ cup water
Procedure:
- Slice the meat, marinate it is soy sauce, pepper and salt.
- Dip in the mixture of eggs, water and bread crumbs.
- Fry in deep fat until brown.
