Carabeef (Carabao Meat) Chopsey

Ingredients:
- 1kg carabeef sliced
- ¼ cup oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 cups celery cut to 2.54 cm thickness
- 2 large onions chopped
- 2 cups beef bouillon
- 2 cups bean sprouts
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tsp salt
- 6 cups hot boiled rice ground pepper
- Fry carabeef in oil over high temperature for three minutes. Stir constantly. Stir in soy sauce, salt and pepper.
- Remove meat and keep out.
- Add onion, celery and bouillion to the remaining oil in the pan. Boil and cook for ten minutes, stirring frequently. Add bean sprout and cook for three minutes.
- Replace carabeef and add mixture of water and cornstarch. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Serve with rice.
