Conchitas A La Parmesana

  • scallops in their shells
  • salt and pepper
  • lemon
  • worcestershire sauce
  • parmesan cheese
  • butter
  • lemon wedges, for serving
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Clean scallops. Remove black vein and detach from shells. Return to shells. Season with salt and pepper. Squeeze some lemon juice and add a dash of worcestershire sauce. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and top with a little butter.
  3. Bake in the oven 8-10 minutes until cheese melts and tops are golden brown.
  4. Do not overcook. Serve with lemon wedgeson the side.
