Champorado

	 		Ingredients:
>1 cup glutinous rice, soaked in water for 3 hours
>4 cups water
>3 tbsps cocoa powder
>1 cup sugar
Procedure:
1. Wash glutinous rice and drain. Place in a deep thick bottom casserole.
2. Add water, sugar and cocoa.
3. Cook stirring constantly, until mixture thickens. Remove from heat.
4. Serve with milk poured over Champorado.
