Classic Short Bread

Ingredients:
>3 cups all purpose flour
>1-1/3 cup cornstarch
>1-1/2 cup margarine
>1/2 tsp salt
Procedure:
Sift dry ingredients together.
Cut butter into an inch cubes.
Rub into dry ingredients to make a semi-stiff dough.
Roll out into squares, about 1/3" thick. Freez until firm. Cut out dough with a cookie cutter.
Bake on cookie sheet at 380 Fahrenheit for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 3 dozen pieces.
