Shrimps in Curry Coconut Cream Sauce

Ingredients:
>1/2 kilo medium shrimps
>1-1/2 cup coconut cream
>2 pcs onion, chopped
>1 pc each of red and green bell pepper, cut into strips
>2 stalks of celery, cut into 2" length
>3 cloves garlic, minced
>2 tbsps curry powder
>1 tsp black pepper powder
>salt, to taste
Procedure:
1. In a pan, saute garlic until brown. Add onions, peppers and celery. Stir in for 3
minutes.
2. Pour in coconut cream. Add shrimps. Stir until the mixture boils.
3. Add curry and black pepper powder. Season with salt. Cook until sauce thickens.
4. Serve with steamed rice.
Tip: Substitute to coconut cream: 1/2 cup evaporated milk & 1/2 cup water.
