Pork Loin & Bangus Shrimp Spring Roll with Orange Garlic Sauce

Pork Loin Ingredients:
1. For Porkloin
- 250g Pork loin
- 1 tsp Five spice
- 1 tbsp Ginger powder
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 4 pcs Lumpia wrapper
- 125g Bangus meat, minced
- 125g Shrimp minced
- 5g Cilantro, finely chopped
- 5g Spring onion, minced
- 1/2 tsp Sambal
- 25g Red onion, minced
- 2 cloves Garlic
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1-1/2 cup Orange Juice
- 1/4 tsp Chili garlic
- 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp White sugar
1. For Porkloin
- Rub pork loin with five-spice, ginger powder, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Sear the meat then finish in oven for 10 minutes at 350 °F.
- Combine all ingredients for the spring roll and mix well. Form the rolls by filling the lumpia wrapper with spring roll mix. Deep fry until golden brown.
- Combine all ingredients in a saute pan. Reduce until it reaches sauce consistency.
- Saute bok choi and arrange on a white plate. Cut pork loin into slices and put on top of the sauteed bok choi. Cut the lumpia into pieces and arrange on plate together with the porkloin slices. Drizzel with the orange sauce.
