Asian Tuna Caviche

Ingredients:
  • 330g Fresh tuna
  • 3 tbsp Orange juice
  • 1 tbsp Pineapple juice
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup Lime juice
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Finely chopped green chili
  • 2 tbsp Finely chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 tbsp Finely chopped red onion
  • 1 tbsp Finely chopped cilantro
  • 1 tsp Minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Procedure
  1. Slice tuna sashimi style. Set aside in chiller.
  2. Combine orange, pineapple, lemon and lime juice. Season to taste and whisk in olive oil, sesame oil and honey.
  3. Fold in all the finely chopped vegetables.
  4. Marinate the sliced tuna with the dressing for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Tuna is now ready to serve.
