Asian Tuna Caviche

Ingredients:
- 330g Fresh tuna
- 3 tbsp Orange juice
- 1 tbsp Pineapple juice
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1/3 cup Lime juice
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Finely chopped green chili
- 2 tbsp Finely chopped red bell pepper
- 1 tbsp Finely chopped red onion
- 1 tbsp Finely chopped cilantro
- 1 tsp Minced garlic
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Slice tuna sashimi style. Set aside in chiller.
- Combine orange, pineapple, lemon and lime juice. Season to taste and whisk in olive oil, sesame oil and honey.
- Fold in all the finely chopped vegetables.
- Marinate the sliced tuna with the dressing for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Tuna is now ready to serve.
