Peach Mango Mint Trifle

How to:
>Slice 2 loaves of store bought butter cake, using a serrated knife, horizontally into 3
equal layers.
For the custard:
>Mix together 1 pack of cream cheese, 1 can condensed milk and a brick of all purpose
cream.
For the glaze:
>Bloom 1 sachet unflavored gelatin in a cup of water. Set aside.
>In a medium sauce pan, over medium-low heat, stir together a cup of sugar, 3 tbsps cornstarch and little water. Add the bloomed gelatin. Cook the glaze until gelatin is completely dissolved.
>Remove from heat and allow to cool completely. Fold in 1 cup of sliced peaches and a cup of mango balls.
To assemble:
>Place 1 layer cake in a clear bowl or clear baking dish. Top with a layer of glaze, then a layer of custard mixture. Repeat layering in this order for remaining cake, glaze and custard.
>Garnish the cake with more mangoes and mint.
