Ingredients:
>a cup of pork liempo, cubed
>2-3 tsps bagoong isda (fermented fish paste)
>1 cup water
>1 pc medium size ampalaya, deseeded & quartered
>3 pcs round eggplant, quartered
>5 pcs okra, halved
>4 pcs red ripe tomatoes, sliced
>1 pc red onion, sliced
>a small size ginger, sliced
Procedure:
1. Brown the pork in a little oil. Set aside.
2. Boil bagoong isda and water. Add all the ingredients. Simmer until done.
3. Serve with steamed rice.
