Spicy Ham and Sun-Dried Tomato Pasta

Ingredients:
>1 pack (500g) linguine pasta or any pasta you like, reserve some of the pasta cooking liquid
>1/8 cup olive oil
>1/8 cup garlic, finely minced
>1/3 tsp dried chili flakes
>3 cups of roughly chopped ham
>1-1/2 cup of sun-dried tomatoes
>a good handful of basil leaves
>salt and pepper to taste
>Parmesan cheese shavings
Procedure:
1. Cook pasta as directed in the package.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan. Add garlic and chili flakes, saute until aromatic only.
3. Add ham and toss until heated through. Add sun-dried tomatoes and black pepper. Mix gently.
4. Add cooked noodles and basil leaves. Toss carefully. Adjust taste and add pasta water if too dry.
5. Serve with chili flakes and Parmesan cheese shavings on top
