Peanut Butter & Chocolate Chip Waffles

Ingredients:
>1 pack (400g) hotcake or pancake mix
>1-1/4 cup water
>2 eggs
>3 tbsps melted butter
>3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Procedure:
1. Heat waffle maker. Grease if necessary.
2. Stir all ingredients except for the chocolate chips until blended. Add chocolate chips and fold in.
3.Pour 1/3 cup mixture unto center of hot waffle iron. Cook for about 3 minutes or until steaming stops. Carefully remove waffle. Repeat with remaining batter.
4.Serve with peanut butter topping and syrup.
