Pork Afritada

Ingredients:
>a kilo of pork, cut into cubes
>1/2 kilo potatoes, peeled and quartered
>1 pc small head garlic, minced
>1 pc big onion, diced
>1 pc red bell pepper, quartered
>1 pc green bell pepper, quartered
>2 cups water
>1 pc pork cube
1 cup tomato sauce
>1/2 cup breadcrumbs
>salt and pepper, to taste
>cooking oil
Procedure:
In a casserole, brown pork the set aside.
Saute garlic and onion. Pour in water and tomato sauce. Add pork cube. Bring to a boil. Add browned pork. Simmer for 40 minutes. Add potatoes, cook for
another 6-8 minutes.
Put bell peppers. Season with salt and pepper. Add breadcrumbs, continue cooking until sauce thickens.
Serve hot.
