Braised Pork Lengua

Ingredients:
>1/2 kilo pork tongue, cleaned & sliced into 1/2" thick
>1/4 cup soy sauce
>1 pc pork cube
>1 pc onion, coarsely chopped
>4 cups water
>2 tbsps cornstarch, dissolved in 1/4 cup water
>1 tbsp margarine
>1/2 cup milk
Procedure:
1. Marinate pork tongue with soy sauce for about 30 minutes.
2. Boil marinated pork tongue with the marinade together with the pork cube, onion and water. Simmer for about an hour or until meat is tender.
3. Add cornstarch mixture, margarine and milk. Continue cooking for about a minute.
4. Serve hot.
