BBQ Beef Sandwich

Cook the meat filling and store it in the freezer. Soon as you're ready to eat, just heat and enjoy. Serves 1 to 2 Prep Time 5 minutes Cooking Time 1 minutes 

  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil 
  • 1/4 kilo sukiyaki-cut beef
  • 1 red onion, finely chopped 
  • 1 red bell pepper, finely chopped 
  • 1/4 cup pre-packed beef and herb gravy mix 
  • 5 tablespoons cheese spread 
  • 1/4 cup frozen green peas, thawed 
  • salt and pepper to taste 
  • 2 six-inch baguettes or 6 pandesal
  1.  In a pan. cook beef in oil until brown. Set aside.
  2.  Place onions and bell peppers in the same pan. Cook until onions are slightly caramelized. Mix gravy and cheese until well blended. Pour in pan with meat. Stir in peas.
  3.  Place in freezer containers and keep for at most a week. Reheat in a pan or microwave. Put in warm buns.
