Morcon Special

Ingredients:
  • 3 eggs
  • 500 g ground pork
  • 2 med onions, chopped
  • 2 T garlic, chopped
  • 1 small carrot, diced
  • 1 red pepper
  • 100 g bread crumbs
  • 100 g cheddar cheese, diced
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs 
  • 100 g chorizo de bilbao, sliced 
  • 100 g Vienna sausage, sliced 
  • salt and pepper
Procedure
  1. Beat eggs. Add pork, onions, garlic, carrot, red pepper bread crumbs, salt and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Cut 4 pieces of Reynolds Wrap Aluminum Foil to 18 inch lengths. Spread the mixture on each of the aluminum foil.
  3. Across the middle of the spread mixture, vertically add the cheese, hard boiled eggs, chorizo de bilbao and Vienna sausage.
  4. Roll the mixture and fillings together Seal the aluminum foil tightly.
  5. Steam the rolls on medium heat for 45 minutes.
  6. Slice and serve.
