Mussels Rockefeller

1kg mussels
1 pack store-bought carbonara sauce
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 cup Quickmelt Cheese
200 gram Purefoods Honeycured Bacon


Wash mussels thoroughly. Cook in boiling water until shells open. Discard unopened pieces. Cut off beards of mussels and remove the opposite shell. Set aside.

Prepare carbonara sauce according to package directions. Once cooked, add cayenne pepper. Spoon carbonara mixture onto each piece of mussel then sprinkle with grated cheese on top of sauce. Bake until cheese melts. Sprinkle crispy bacon on top of melted cheese. Transfer mussels on serving plate then serve.
