Creamy Ham Tomato

2 cup cherry tomatoes (approximately ¼ kilo)
8 slice Purefoods Ham Selections, Salami chopped
¾ cup mayonnaise
½ cup Cheddar Cheese, grated
1/8 tsp garlic powder


Cut the top off each cherry tomato and using a melon baller or a sharp knife, carefully scoop out the seeds and pulp. Place each tomato upside down on paper towel to drain.

In a small bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients. Stuff each cherry tomato with the ham mixture. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Serve on a dish with shredded cabbage or lettuce or over parsley leaves to keep the tomatoes from rolling around.
