Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2/3 cup butter
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 1 pack All-Purpose Cream
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 100 gms bitter-sweet chocolate
  • 1/3 cup hazelnut spread
  • 1/4 cup ground hazelnuts
  • 50 gms white chocolate
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
Procedure:

Pre-heat oven to 350 F. In a bowl, cut in butter into flour, sugar and salt until pea-size mixture is achieved. Pour in water little by little, mixing the dough using 2 knives or a fork until it holds together. Chill for 10 minutes. Roll out dough. Fit in a 9" quiche pan or 8" pie plate.

Prick sides and bottom with a fork. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden in color. Let cool and chill. In a pan, heat All-Purpose Cream and egg yolks. Cook over low heat until heated through. Blend in chocolate, hazelnut spread, and ground nuts. Mix over low heat until smooth. Pour over prepared crust. Set aside.

Melt white chocolate with vanilla. Drizzle on top of the chocolate. Using a knife or a stick, run through the top of the pie with circling motion to have a marbling effect. Chill for at least 2 hours or until set. Serve with a dollop of whipped All-Purpose Cream on top. Serves 8 to 10.
