Porcupine Balls Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. hamburg
  • 1/2 lb. sausage
  • 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
  • 3/4 c. uncooked rice
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 med. onion, cut fine
  • Salt & pepper
Directions:

Mix all together and make into balls. Put in casserole and pour 1 can tomato soup over them. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
