Crunchy Cheesroni Recipe

Ingredients:
Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. In a large skillet, brown ground beef; drain. Add soups, green pepper, pimiento and cooked macaroni; place half the mixture in a greased 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with half the cheese and onions. Top with remaining macaroni mixture and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining onions and bake 5 minutes longer. Makes 6 servings.
- 2 c. uncooked macaroni
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 med. green pepper, diced
- 1/4 c. chopped pimiento (opt.)
- 2 c. cheddar cheese, cubed
- 1 (3 oz.) can French fried onions
