Impossible Taco Pie

Ingredients:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 10" pie plate. Brown beef and onion over medium heat and stir in seasoning mix. Spread in the pie plate, sprinkle with chilies. Beat milk, Bisquick and eggs until smooth. Pour into pie plate. Bake for 25 minutes. Top with tomatoes, sprinkle with cheese. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 8 to 10 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes before serving. Serve with sour cream, chopped tomatoes and shredded lettuce if desired. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
- 1 lb. ground beef

- 1/2 c. chopped green chilies
- 1 1/4 c. milk
