Poached Lapu-Lapu with Parsley Shrimp Cream

Ingredients:
>350g. lapu-lapu fillet
>4 cups water
>2 tsps salt
>1 tbsp butter
>100g. cleaned shrimps
.2 tbsps chopped onions
>2 tbsps minced garlic
>1 brick cream
>a dash each of nutmeg & cayenne powder
>1/4 cup minced parsley
Procedure:
1. To cook the fish, put water in a sauce pot with salt. Place the fish in the pan and turn on the heat, bringing the liquid
to a gentle simmer and cook for 10 minutes.
2. In a separate pan, heat the butter over medium fire, season shrimps with salt and pepper. Saute until they turn pink. Add
in the garlic and cook until tender, about 2 minutes.
3. Add in the cream, nutmeg and cayenne powder, cook for another 2 minutes. Put parsley, cook until heated through.
4. To serve: Place the fish on a platter top with sauce.
