Queenie's Banana Bread

Ingredients:
>2-1/8 cups all purpose flour
>1 tbsp baking soda
>1 tsp baking powder
>2-1/8 cups brown sugar
>8 pcs lacatan bananas
>4 pcs eggs
>1 cup vegetable oil
>1-1/3 cup milk
Procedure:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Whip the eggs and sugar for about 3-5 minutes until light and fluffy.
3. Puree or mash with a fork the bananas and add to the egg-sugar mixture.
4. Gently fold in the flour and baking powder.
5. Heat milk until warm only. Add the baking soda. Gently stir this mixture into the
banana-egg mixture.
6. Pour in the vegetable oil and mix.
7. Divide mixture into two and pour in 2 9x5 loaf bread pan. Bake in the oven for 30-40
minutes or until done.
