Fruity Pineapple-Coconut Macaroons

Ingredients:
>500 grams canned pineapple crushed
>a cup of white sugar
>3 cups dessicated coconut
>3 egg whites
>1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
Procedure:
1. Pre-heat oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Combine first-two ingredients in a sauce pan including the syrup. Stir constantly until
liquid has evaporated and sugar starts to caramelize.
3. Transfer to a mixing bowl. Add the dessicated coconut, mix.
4. Add the eggwhites & vanilla extract. Combine well.
5. Lightly grease a baking sheet. Drop by tablespoons, an inch apart. Bake for 13-15
minutes. Cool on wire racks.
