Tagaytay Summer Salad

Ingredients:
- 60g mesclun greens
- 10g watermelon
- 10g pineapple
- 10g jackfruit
- 10g cantaloupe
- 10g yellow mango
- 10g pomelo
- 15ml kalamansi
- 45ml olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- Wash all the greens and fruits.
- Cut the fruits to their appropriate size and shape.
- Assemble all the ingredients. Toss in vinaigrette before servings.
