Conchitas A La Parmesana

Ingredients:
- scallops in their shells
- salt and pepper
- lemon
- worcestershire sauce
- parmesan cheese
- butter
- lemon wedges, for serving
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Clean scallops. Remove black vein and detach from shells. Return to shells. Season with salt and pepper. Squeeze some lemon juice and add a dash of worcestershire sauce. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and top with a little butter.
- Bake in the oven 8-10 minutes until cheese melts and tops are golden brown.
- Do not overcook. Serve with lemon wedgeson the side.
