Marble Chocolate

	 		Ingredients:
yield: about 40 pieces
Procedure:
	 	
	 	
- 350 grams white chocolate
 - 1/2 cup butter
 - 400 grams bittersweet chocolate

Procedure:
- Line an 8 x 10" baking pan with waxed paper.
 - Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler over barely simmering water. Add butter and mix until smooth and glossy. remove from heat.
 - Melt the bittersweet chocolate in a double boiler over barely simmering water.
 - Place alternate spoonfuls of the white and bittersweet chocolate in the prepared pan. Swirl together the two together to make a marbled effect.
 - Let the chocolate cool at room temperature until set, about 2 hours.
 - Cut into small squares & serve.
