Cheese Pockets Recipe

Ingredients:
Dough:
Stir dough; roll out on a floured board and cut into four inch squares. Put a teaspoon of the filling in the center and fold dough over into a triangular shape. Pinch edges together. In large pan boil at least 2 quarts of salted water. Place pockets into boiling water, stir gently. When water comes to a boil again remove from heat. Drain. Dot with butter.
- 2 c. cottage cheese
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tbsp. finely chopped onion greens (Just onion)
- 1/2 tsp. salt

- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 whole egg and 1 egg white
- 1/2 c. water
