Enchiladas Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 12 corn tortillas
  • 4 oz. sliced olives, black
  • Chopped onions to taste
  • 1 lb. Cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb. ground beef or cooked chicken
  • 8 oz. enchilada sauce
Directions:

Fry corn tortillas in hot oil just until soft. Dip into enchilada sauce. In casserole dish layer tortillas, meat, olives, onion and cheese. 2 or 3 layers. Bake uncovered 325 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool 5 minutes and serve.
