Easy Cheese Souffle

Ingredients:
Heat celery soup. Add grated cheese, well beaten egg yolks and salt. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into mixture. Pour into ungreased 2 quart casserole. Bake 300 degrees for 55 minutes or until firm. Serves 4.
- 1 can celery soup, concentrated
- 1/2 lb. grated Sharp Cheddar cheese
- 6 eggs, separated
- 1 tsp. salt
