Hamburger Cheese Bake

Ingredients:
Cook noodles by package directions, drain. Brown beef with salt, pepper, onion, green pepper and garlic salt added. Stir in tomato sauce and oregano. Set aside. Soften cream cheese at room temperature. Blend with sour cream. Add cottage cheese, mixing well. Place 1/2 of noodles on 8x8x2 inch pan. Cover with cheese mixture.
Spread remaining noodles over the top. Pour on beef mixture. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) approximately 20 minutes. Bake in 13x9x2 pan for 35 minutes for doubled recipe (serving 12).
- 1 4 oz. pkg. noodles
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 3/4 tsp. salt
