White Enchilads Recipe

Ingredients:
Brown beef, onion and salt. Put spoonful of meat, taco sauce and cheese in salt, roll. Place in a 9x13 inch pan. In sauce pan over medium heat, melt 4 tablespoons butter, stir in 4 tablespoons flour and 2 tablespoons chicken bouillon. Stir until thick and bubbly. Gradually add 1 1/2 cups water and stir until thick and bubbly.
Add a can of green chilies. Pour 1/2 of gravy in 2/3 cup sour cream. Mix, pour sour cream mixture back onto gravy. Pour over enchiladas. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 onion
- 2 c. grated Colby cheese
- 8 oz. jar taco sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 pkg. sm. tortilla shells
