Pork Pata Adobo

Ingredients:
Combine first 8 ingredients in a saucepan. Cook over high heat until mixture comes to a boil. Reduce heat until mixture comes to a boil Reduce heat to medium and let simmer, covered for 45 minutes. Remove cover and cook for another 5 minutes for sauce to reduce and thicken.
Separate the sauce from the meat and set aside. In another pan, saute onions, garlic and tomatoes until tender. Add the meat and cook for 5 minutes.
You may add the sauce if you like or you may serve it on the side.
- 1 kg Pork pata slices
- 2 tbspGarlic, crushe
- 1 tbsp Black pepper, ground
- 1 pc Bay leaf
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup Soy sauce
- 3/4 cup Vinegar
- 2 cup Water
- 1 tbsp Garlic, minced
- 1 cup White onion, chopped
- 1 cup Tomato, chopped
