Chorizo Shrimp Spaghetti

>200 grams spaghetti
>3 tbsps olive oil
>2 tbsps garlic, finely minced
>1 pc Chorizo de Bilbao, diced
>8 pcs large shrimps, shelled & deveined
>1 tsp Spanish paprika powder
>cayenne pepper
>3 tbsps pasta water
>chopped parsley


1. Cook spaghetti as per package directions.

2. In a pan. heat oil and saute garlic until aromatic. Put chorizo,cook until crispy. Add

in the shrimps, cook until it changes color. Season with paprika, salt and cayenne pepper.

3. Toss in the cooked pasta. Add pasta water. Toss until pasta is well coated with the

sauce. Top with chopped parsley.

3. Serve immediately.
