Corn Pudding

Ingredients:
  • 1 pkg. corn Jiffy mix, 8 1/2 oz. pkg.
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 cream style corn, with water
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, with water
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. margarine, melted
Procedure

Mix all together. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour in a 9x13 pan. Spray with Pam before putting ingredients in pan.
