Blue Cheese Wreath Recipe

Ingredients:
In large mixer bowl, combine cream cheese, blue cheese and milk. Beat until smooth. Add green pepper, onion, pimento, salt and pepper. Mix until combined. On a large serving platter, shape cheese mixture into a ring the shape of a wreath. Sprinkle top and sides with parsley. Use whole pimento as garnish. Chill until served. Serve with cracker or party rye bread.
- 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
- 1 lb. blue cheese, crumbled
- 1 tbsp. milk
- 1 green pepper (3/4 c.), finely chopped
- 1 med. onion, finely chopped
- 1 (4 oz.) jar pimento, drained, finely chopped
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
- 1/2 c. dried parsley flakes
- Whole pimento
- Crackers or party rye bread
