Clover Leaf
Materials and utensils:

For the filling, you will need one whole grated coconut and a kilo of brown sugar.

Baking the Batch
Preheat oven to 370°F. Bake the prepared varieties for 15-20 minutes or until the bread turns golden brown. Remove from oven and set aside to cool

- pastry brush
- piece of cacha cloth
- muffin tray
- dough cutter
- oven
- weighing scale
- Get a piece of the cut main dough. Roll the dough on the mixing table sprinkled with flour.
- Fold the dough until both ends meet; then roll it up and shape it into the form of a tube.
- Slice the dough crosswise into smaller pieces, each weighing 25 grams.
- Roll each piece into a small balls.
- Cover the dough balls with cacha cloth and allow them to rise for 3-5 minutes.
- Grease the baking tray with shortening
- Remove the cacha covering the risen dough
- Roll the dough balls again and cut each ball into 3 smaller pieces.
- Roll the cut pieces into a small balls and stick three of them together to form a clover leaf. Arrange the clover-shaped dough in the greased tray.
Pan De Coco
For the filling, you will need one whole grated coconut and a kilo of brown sugar.
Procedure
- Get a piece of the prepared main dough.
- Flatten the dough with a rolling pin and then fold it until the two ends meet; roll up and shape into a tube.
- Cut the dough crosswise into small pieces, each piece weighing 50 grams. Roll each piece and form into balls.
- Cover the dough with cacha cloth and allow to rise for 3-5 minutes.
- Grease the baking tray with a small amount of shortening.
- Thoroughly mix the coconut filling to make sure no lumps remain.
- Get the pieces of dough that have been set aside to rise and flatten each piece with your palms to form into the shape of small discs. Put a teaspoon of coconut filling in the middle of the flattened dough.
- Gather the edges of the dough over to cover coconut filling. Roll until it forms a ball. Repeat the procedure until all the pieces are filled and formed into balls.
Dinner Roll
Procedure
- Cut to desired size the remaining prepared main dough.
- Roll each piece on the table until formed like balls.
- Repeat procedure until all remaining pieces are rolled. Arrange the round-shaped pieces of dough in the greased tray.
