Cheese Bread

- main dough for lean type of bread
- cheese bread toppings:
- 150 gm powdered milk
- 150 gm bread flour
- 150 gm margarine
- 150 gm sugar
- water
- weighing scale
- dough cutter
- sheet pan
- oven
- Preheat oven to 400°F for 30 minutes.
- Prepare the topping for the cheese bread:
- a. Mix bread flour and margarine together with your hands.
- b. Add sugar and powdered milk. Mix until it has consistency of polvoron. Set aside.
- Cut the main dough into 3 equal parts.
- Get 1 pc of cut dough. Roll and form into the shape of a cane.
- Slice the dough crosswise with cutter, each piece weighing 50 grams.
- Dip each slice in water and roll on the prepared topping
- Do the same for all 50-gram pieces.
- Set these aside and allow to rest for 15-20 minutes.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Loaf Bread
Ingredients and utensils:
- main dough for lean type of bread
- bread flour
- a piece of cacha cloth
- weighing scale
- dough cutter
- rolling pin
- loan pan with lid
- oven
- Preheat oven to 375°F for 30 minutes.
- Get a piece of the prepared main dough. Cut it into two, each piece weighing 390 grams.
- Cover the dough with cacha cloth and allow to rest for 20 minutes.
- Lightly sprinkle flour over the surface of the mixing table. Roll the dough to remove any trapped air inside. Roll up the flat dough and shape it into the form of a cylinder.
- Slice the dough crosswise into 4 pieces. Follow the same procedure for the other 390 gram piece.
- Place the sliced dough into loaf pans, cover and allow to rise for 30-40 minutes.
- Bake preheated oven for 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven and take out of the pan. Set aside to cool. Slice the loaf bread before packing or serving.
