Mallows-Walnut Balls

Ingredients:

  • 500g. white chocolate
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • a cup of walnuts, chopped
  • 5 cups colored mini mallows
  • a cup of desiccated coconut
  • a cup of crushed cornflakes
  • chocolate syrup


Procedure:

  1. In a double boiler, melt the white chocolate with butter until smooth. Set aside to cool slightly
  2. In a bowl, combine walnuts and marshmallows. Pour in melted white chocolate and mix to completely coat the mallows and nuts w/ the chocolate.
  3. Shape into balls. Then, roll in desiccated coconut or crushed cornfakes.
  4. Put in paper cups. Chill until set. Drizzle lightly w/chocolate syrup before serving

Blueberry Love Cup

Ingredients:
>1/2 cup cream cheese
>1 cup all purpose cream
>1/4 cup confectioner's sugar
>sliced pound cake or butter cake, cut into cubes
>1/2 cup blueberry pie filling


Procedure:
1. Whip cream cheese, all purpose cream and sugar until fluffy and fully combined. Set aside.

2. To assemble; half way fill small serving cup with cubed cake. Fill the remaining space of cream mixture. Top with blueberry filling.

3. Chill before serving.

Honey Corn Royale

Ingredients:

  • 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter
  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers, honey flavor
  • 2 bricks (250 ml each) all-purpose cream
  • 1 brick (250 ml) condensed milk
  • 1 can (425 grams) whole kernel corn

Procedure:
  1. Place the corn in a strainer. Reserve the liquid for future use. Put in an airtight container or covered bottle the corn liquid. Let the corn sit inside the refrigerator.
  2. Meanwhile, melt the butter.
  3. In a bowl, put the crushed graham crackers. Pour the melted butter. Mix well. In a plastic container or glass dish, put the mixture evenly at the bottom. Press it. Chill.
  4. In a glass bowl, put the cream and condensed milk. Using a hand mixer, beat at medium speed until well-blended. Pour on top of the pressed graham. Spread it evenly with a spatula. Sprinkle the whole kernel corn on top. Press lightly. Chill for at least 12 hours or overnight.
