>1 cup glutinous rice, soaked for 3 hours
>2 cups cream style corn
>8 cups coconut milk
>1 cup coconut cream
>1 cup white sugar
>a good pinch of fine salt

1. Wash glutinous rice and boil in coconut milk. Cook until done.

2. Add corn, sugar and salt. Simmer for 2 minutes, stirring often.

3. Stir in coconut cream. Bring to boil. Serve.
