Tuna and Olive Tapenade Wraps

Ingredients:
Place olives, capers, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Blend until smooth.
Spread a tablespoon of tapenade on flour tortilla. Add tuna, cheese and alfalfa sprouts. Roll up
tightly then serve.
Makes 6 servings.
- 1/2 cup pitted black olives
- 2 tbsp capers
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1/4 cup Olive oil
- 1/8 tsp Salt or according to taste
- 1/8 tsp Black pepper, freshly ground
- 6 large Flour tortillas
- 2 (184 grams) can Tuna chunks in oil, drained
- 1 cup Grated cheese
- 1 & 1/2 cup Alfalfa sprouts
