Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients:
Cut peppers in half, remove center portion and parboil in salted water for 5 minutes. Brown the meat adding salt and pepper, tomato sauce and cooked rice. Fill pepper shells, sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake for about 45 minutes. Garnish with slices of hard cooked egg.
- 2 lg. green peppers
- 1 c. brown ground beef
- 1 c. boil rice
- 1/2 c. tomato sauce
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 hard-cooked eggs
- 1 c. bread crumbs
