Tuna and Olive Tapenade Wraps

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup pitted black olives
  • 2 tbsp capers 
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 1/8 tsp Salt or according to taste
  • 1/8 tsp Black pepper, freshly ground
  • 6 large Flour tortillas
  • 2 (184 grams) can Tuna chunks in oil, drained
  • 1 cup Grated cheese
  • 1 & 1/2 cup Alfalfa sprouts
Procedure:

Place olives, capers, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Blend until smooth.

Spread a tablespoon of tapenade on flour tortilla. Add tuna, cheese and alfalfa sprouts. Roll up
tightly then serve.

Makes 6 servings.
