Confederate Egg Nog

Ingredients:
Beat egg yolks with sugar until very light in color. Add rum, fold in whipped cream. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Additional rum may be used to taste.

- 6 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 pt. whipping cream
- 6 egg whites
- 6 jiggers rum
